The Marketing Automation Specialist will help evolve our marketing automation capabilities, ensuring we have the right tools and processes in place to support and enable marketing teams to deliver best in breed marketing. This includes researching and evaluating new tools and add-ons to our ecosystem and defining and supporting new processes to evolve marketing. The role will also require the incumbent to test, troubleshoot, deliver training and communications. Other responsibilities will include supporting operational tasks to ensure the marketing ecosystem is performing at its best.


The successful candidate will:

  • Work with subject matter experts to discover, define, assess, and document business needs and requirements. Manage multiple internal stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Collaborate closely with relevant teams and vendors to design and deliver technical solutions that meet our marketing needs
  • Provide ongoing communication to key stakeholders on project status, issues, risks and key milestones. Present complex technical subjects and project status at appropriate detail for business users and executive-level audiences
  • Communicate and promote the rollout of new capabilities, data and integration with dependent systems. Coordinate and deliver end-user training and materials
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for business processes, data flows, and corresponding new marketing automation capabilities
  • Work with Lead Specialist functions to monitor and improve performance via additional insights/lead mgmt. tools
  • Drive a common experience and capabilities in our marketing workflows and execution across F&R and its acquisitions
  • Be an escalation for troubleshooting end-user issues and partner with appropriate technology teams to resolve
  • Collaborate with our marketing channel partners (Social, Digital, Paid Search) to orchestrate and coordinate a cross-channel approach

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, with a preference for Eloqua
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and capabilities, as well as demand gen strategies
  • Demonstrable experience of working with HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong business process acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong project management experience and skills
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail, with a focus on results
  • Team player who brings a sense of positive energy
  • Must be an individual with initiative and solutions-orientated
