Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, B2B Email, to manage and drive growth through our Adobe Marketo platform. We are seeking a leader in the email and demand generation space who can leverage their own expertise, supported by vendors, to drive engagement and lead generation through our growing email channel.

Responsibilities Include

  • Thought leadership and demand gen and nurture campaign development and execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • You will be responsible for the Marketo roadmap and prioritizing any development work, additional tool implementation and important strategic enhancements to support marketing driven revenue and business goals.
  • You will work with the broader marketing and sales organizations to define, implement, optimize scoring models and tools to drive automation and processes, improve lead generation and quality, identify key lead behaviors, and deliver marketing results and analytics.
  • Work with vendor partners on maintaining the platform roadmap, ongoing tool enhancements and production of email programs across all Caremark B2B channels.
  • Act as head Marketo Administrator - Certified Marketo Expert
  • Optimize and maintain lead flow/management and scoring processes
  • Ensure consistent Program/Campaign/Nurture setups & execution
  • Manage target lists & segmentation across products, business units
  • Asset creation & management (emails, forms, landing pages, templates)
  • Manage revenue models and lead lifecycles
  • Database management, fields & global campaign sync to Salesforce
  • Additional integrations/launch point connections
  • Oversee admin settings & user management

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of direct experience in email marketing or CRM programming
  • Strong experience aligning Marketo & Salesforce platforms and lead lifecycle processes
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) and intent data
  • Experience with various webinar/event platforms such as WebEx, On24 etc.
  • Experience with database & appending services such as D&B, ZoomInfo, Insideview, etc

  • Experience with HTML/CSS
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Growth/Content/Product marketing teams, Sales and Client Organizations to achieve process alignment and implement new tools
