WHO YOU ARE

You are a leader and experienced HubSpot marketer, with special expertise in email best practices, able to lead our marketing automation strategy and execution end-to-end.

You are driven by internal customer service, and passionate about owning the day-to-day management of email communications and lead tracking, optimizing campaign performance and supporting the teams that rely on email to meet critical business objectives.

A team player, you thrive on connecting colleagues and contractors across roles and responsibilities to get the job done.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role will be responsible for our HubSpot strategy, campaign execution and success measurement.

  • Develop and implement email roadmaps based on overall lifecycle marketing with an emphasis on customer retention and upsell.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of emails, landing pages and marketing activity program templates in HubSpot, GoToWebinar and other martech tools.
  • Properly assign and track lead attribution between HubSpot and Dynamics CRM.
  • Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with campaign stakeholders to ensure clarity on strategy, tactics, goals and performance for digital channels.
  • Create and implement an email marketing calendar that is integrated with other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage email service and other contractors.
  • Be our email subject matter expert: advise colleagues’ email communication development, and execute with content, creative, relevancy, smart segmentation and personalization to drive customer engagement and adoption.
  • Stay abreast of new email and technology trends.
  • Develop and execute a plan for continuous marketing optimization through A/B, multivariate and other testing frameworks. Communicate findings from data-based testing.
  • Drive continuous improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue.
  • Create regular performance reports to highlight wins, areas of improvement, and recommendations.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders including marcom, product marketing, marketing operations, sales operations, compliance and business systems to ensure all tactical components are in place for each campaign, such as list selection, segmentation and tracking.
  • Ensure prompt, accurate and error-free communication with customers to build loyal relationships and minimize unsubscribes.
  • Work with our compliance team to confirm email communications follow all applicable regulations — own data integrity, shared understanding and consistency across the business and systems.
  • Leverage CRM data to drive personalized and contextual experiences to increase customer retention.
  • Drive exploration, adoption and optimization of new martech, as needed.
