Age of Learning is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Manager to join its Marketing Team and oversee our direct-response email marketing initiatives. This person should have several years of experience drafting performance-driven copy and A/B testing of creative and subject lines, and be knowledgeable in the ability to maximize deliverability into the inbox.
- Define, maintain, and evolve the overall direct-response email strategy for all Age of Learning products
- Acquire new subscribers, encourage former subscribers to reactivate their subscriptions, and engage current members in the product through creative and engaging messaging and creative
- Work with a copywriter and graphic designer to craft and send effective performance-driven emails
- Conduct ongoing A/B tests of all aspects of the email strategy (subject lines, copy, frequency, time of day/week, etc.) and communicate the results of these tests to management regularly
- Minimum of three years experience in direct-response email marketing
- Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Able to effectively work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to develop creative campaign strategies and promotions that resonate with the target audience to achieve campaign goals
