WeWork is looking for an Email Marketing Senior Lead to execute member targeted email campaigns!

This role will work in tandem with our Sr. Manager of Member Marketing to strategize member marketing communications and deploy campaigns across WeWork’s ESPs. This person should thrive in environments with high cross-functional collaboration and be comfortable working in a fast paced company with a global footprint.

Strategy & Delivery


  • Partner with the Member Marketing lead on design and be responsible for the build and delivery of global member email programs
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all things ‘member email’ and serve as the point person for the global marketing team on member-facing email programs and performance
  • Work with the Director of CRM & Member Marketing lead to craft strategic test programs using A/B and MV test strategies to optimize experience and messaging
  • Develop a strong reporting framework to share with regional and central leadership team on member email performance with clear optimization plans and goals
  • Serve as a key POC for the WeWork Community team and support requests for assistance with building-level programs
  • Ensure email QA standards and protocols are being met prior to campaign launches
  • Able to easily multi-task, prioritizing multiple concurrent and time-sensitive requests


  • 3-4 years of email marketing experience
  • Strong subject matter expertise in customer-facing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Simon Data preferred)
  • Experience with A/B testing and email optimization for conversion and engagement
  • Deep understanding of email KPIs, metrics, and reporting
  • Analytical approach; comfortable working with data and digging into numbers
  • Familiarity with backend ESP health: deliverability, inboxing, IP warming, and monitoring
  • Comfortability with HTML and AmpScript a plus, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
  • Self-starter and self-direction is a requirement
