About the role

We are seeking a key member of the central CRM team to work as part of our growing CRM Regional Engagement function.


The Senior CRM executive will own the delivery of World Remits CRM strategy across all available CRM channels, including email, push-message and in-app messaging, responsible for planning, execution & analysis of all activity. You’ll report to the Senior CRM Manager for Regional Engagement, supporting the purpose of the role of regional engagement communications within our consumer CRM mix, through implementing a framework in which we can test, learn, optimise and scale across multiple regions.


Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you will:

  • Own the CRM calendar for a specific region (APAC, EMEA or AMERICAS tbc)
  • Oversee the full planning, execution & analysis World remits CRM strategy to deliver CRM communications to meet & exceed business targets
  • Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., regional directors, operations, product) to define and manage regional and ad-hoc CRM communications, in particular in the email & push/IAM channels
  • Act as a ‘customer advocate’ and ensuring the quality, relevancy, consistency, and accuracy of our CRM
  • Increase reach, frequency, and effectiveness of communications by utilizing all channels of communication
  • Defining and segmenting audiences appropriate for each message
  • Monthly reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders


What we’re looking for from you...

  • Several years of CRM expertise
  • Knowledge working on CRM campaign planning, development, and end-to-end execution
  • Solid experience with Braze is preferred
  • Competency in coding HTML, CSS, and Liquid highly beneficial
  • Able to manage contending priorities and to effectively prioritise
  • Able to develop and build complex segments within Braze 
  • Effectively leverage the features within Braze to drive customer engagement
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-orientated
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of FS / money transfer business highly desirable
  • Experience of working in a multinational / multi-market organisation highly desirable
