Identify key metrics to analyze and monitor campaign performance (ex. email marketing campaigns, lead generation campaigns, and other CRM initiatives) within the different email subscription centers.


  • Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly KPI & Stats

  • Provide KPI Brenchmarks
  • Create recommendations for upcoming email marketing strategies based on previous campaigns
  • Own, optimize, monitor & report customer segmentation strategy & lists
  • Implement strategies for best practices, segmentation, & email campaign improvement.
  • Create segmentation campaigns to personalize content based on engagement & behavior.
  • Improve KPIs & email performance by using high-performing and low-performing metrics to recommend changes to creative and copy.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to streamline & strengthen data feeds & analysis between internal systems.
  • Klaviyo, Newstore, Attentive, Simon Data, Justuno, CCC (FTP)
  • Assist to develop and execute all email marketing campaigns.
  • Daily Email Breakdown
  • Collaborate with the editorial team on copy & subject lines
  • Create recommendations for upcoming email marketing strategies based on previous campaigns
  • Schedule every email from daily marketing campaigns, store specific emails, and flows.
  • Assist in planning and execute A/B email tests, the email marketing calendar.
  • Monitor campaigns regularly, troubleshoot, maintain, and provide solutions. Document all lead generation processes and maintain as new components are added into our lead generation strategy. Maintain forms and landing pages as needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends for tools, applications, channels, design & strategy.
  • Research industry benchmarks, trends, & competitors
  • Recommend strategies based on business & email trends
  • This person will be reporting into Director of CRM



Requirements

  • 2-3 Years of direct e-commerce and email marketing experience
  • Ability to work remote in the short term, preferred New York, New York location long term
  • Experience with an ESP, preferably Klaviyo
