Starting in September we are currently looking for a:

Retention Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

 

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

  • Own and drive Burton Europe’s retention marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle by developing and executing CRM strategies for our DTC business online & in-store
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of the retention program and assess against goals & KPIs (e.g. demand, leads and CLV)
  • Drive segmentation strategies, lifecycle workflows, lead acquisition, up-selling and cross-selling functions, new technologies and tools forward
  • Manage and improve our retention channels such as email marketing, customer loyalty program, and potential future retention channels
  • Develop and execute the email marketing calendar, reflecting the seasonal launches, overarching brand messaging, promotions, key products and events
  • Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics team for reporting capabilities and A/B testing
  • Accompany the technical integration of new retention tools and ensure data protection
  • Research emerging industry trends and best practices for implementation

 

ESSENTIALS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:

  • 5 years of experience in CRM marketing or digital marketing
  • Expertise in life cycle marketing, email marketing and loyalty
  • Advanced data analytics, HTML, email coding and building customer journey skills
  • Strong attention to data-driven thinking and data privacy
  • Fluency in English required, further language skills are a plus
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously
  • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, open-minded, positive, agile global team player and team lead
  • Solid business understanding, Salesforce and e-commerce experience preferred
  • Affinity for the snowboarding/outdoor lifestyle would be a plus
