As a Marketing operations specialist your job is to be able to drive short and long term initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing. Your Key responsibilities would include marketing automation, campaign support/management, lead database management, platform maintenance and improvements, dashboard creation, data analysis, training & team enablement, and process documentation.



Your mission @Aircall:


  • Manage all Marketo operations in EMEA, providing governance, process, and consultation to enable other marketers to efficiently use the platform
  • Design and scale Aircall's email program by leveraging a combination of tactics to drive profitable multi-year growth in our lead volume, customer volume, and revenue
  • Run email marketing campaigns : identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results
  • Develop robust lead scoring and attribution models.
  • Define and optimize key performance metrics and reports from users to revenue so that we know our ROI by channel and campaigns
  • Identify marketing funnel improvement areas and develop process/engagement solutions with the marketing and sales team
  • Hanced support by resolving time-sensitive requests and providing in-person training/explanations in french and english
  • Maintain marketing database health and compliance with local regulations, including GDPR
  • Document and evangelize best practices and governance policies
  • Work directly with the Marketing Demand generation team and closely with the US Marketing opps and EMEA Sales opps
  • Experience managing the day to day technical operations of Marketo and Salesforce integrationExperience A/B testing both emails and nurture streams



A little more about you:


  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation in the B2B SaaS space
  • Advanced experience working with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Marketo Expert preferred
  • Understanding of the relationship and workflows between Marketo and Salesforce, and how data is synced
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Salesloft and Looker is a plus !
  • Metrics-driven mindset, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and results-oriented but still and excellent team player
  • Fluent in English, and other languages is a huge bonus :)
