In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Operations team, the broader Marketing team and third-party agencies to support our world-class B2B marketing technology stack and processes. You will provide admin-level support for multiple functions in Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, and other platforms, helping to maintain and continuously improve the systems and processes that are critical to the success of the Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Data Analytics teams in driving marketing generated revenue.

Importantly, you will also set up, maintain and troubleshoot campaign elements in a way that allows the Marketing department and company as a whole to track leads and campaigns from creation through to opportunities.

What to expect?

  • Set up and manage delivery of promotional emails and newsletters via Marketo
  • Manage webinar operations from start to finish, including setup in ON24, the creation of registration pages on our website, and the setup, delivery and tracking of email campaigns in Marketo
  • Monitor inbound lead submissions to ensure correct routing and data completeness
  • Provision lead data from external sources (events, other) to our database for future follow-up and nurture
  • Support the Marketing Operations team manager to maintain and improve existing systems, and to integrate new systems as needed
  • Monitor data quality and data hygiene

What you need to be successful?

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in a Marketing/Sales Operations role, Business Analyst role, or similar position.
  • Intermediate user of marketing automation systems like Marketo or Eloqua
  • Working knowledge of administering, managing, modifying and configuring the platform
  • Familiarity with updating content using web-based content management systems
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient user of Microsoft Excel
  • Intellectual curiosity coupled with an analytical, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Strong writing / communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
