We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and build the connective tissue of our go-to-market engine. You’ll leverage your technical skills, data analysis, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing to create automated, scalable, and efficient workflows. You will be one of the architects of Bridge's revenue engine, connecting marketing technology, sales operations, and AI tools to improve lead flow & conversion rates.

You’ll be responsible for integrating, automating, and managing our tools and workflows. From hubspot to lead scoring to outreach, to nurture. From lifecycle automation to AI-powered workflows, you’ll architect the systems that power our growth. This role is foundational to scaling our GTM motion and will work directly with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops.

Why this role matters

  • Automate Growth: Design workflows that put the right message in front of the right prospect at the right moment—without ballooning headcount.
  • Optimize the Funnel: Your operational excellence feeds directly into loan‑origination volume and revenue.
  • Cross‑Functional Impact: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Ops; your data insights will guide company strategy.
  • Early Seat at the Table: Join a fast‑growing fintech backed by TTV, Citi Ventures, Fin Capital, and US Bank Ventures.

What you'll Do

  • Build & Maintain Marketing Automation: Create, iterate, and document automated lead‑capture, scoring, and nurture journeys in HubSpot and complementary tools (Clay, n8n, Zapier, etc.).
  • Launch AI‑Powered Touchpoints: Prototype and deploy AI agents that personalize outreach, trigger follow‑ups, and enrich contact data.
  • Data Integration & Reporting: Connect CRM, analytics, and financial systems; surface dashboards that illuminate funnel health and ROI.
  • Segment & Target: Develop audience segments and dynamic content rules to reach buyers where they are with relevant messaging.
  • Process Improvement: Audit workflows, identify friction, and implement optimizations that shorten sales cycles and improve conversion rates.
  • Enable the Team: Document best practices and train Marketing & Sales on new automations and tooling.

What you should bring

  • 2–6 years in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth marketing (fintech/SaaS preferred).
  • Proven experience owning marketing automation platforms —ideally HubSpot—and orchestrating multi‑step campaigns end‑to‑end.
  • Comfortable with workflow builders and no‑code/low‑code integration tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier) and open to light scripting (JavaScript/Python) when needed.
  • Data‑Driven: Skilled at pulling reports, building dashboards, and turning insights into optimized campaigns.
  • Detail‑Oriented & Deadline‑Driven: You manage projects autonomously and hit deliverables consistently.
  • Ability to translate high‑level growth frameworks into executable, documented processes.

Bonus Points

  • Hands‑on with using Large Language Models & AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI API) for personalization or predictive lead scoring.
  • Experience with Clay or similar enrichment/lead‑gen platforms.
  • Early‑stage or “founding team” startup background.
