Join our Enterprise Marketing team as we take Arm’s marketing automation/operations platform to the next level. From your location in the UK (proximity to Cambridge highly desired, as we eventually return to working on-site), you will keep the Marketing Automation team on track and on schedule for the full range of deliverables from one-off email blasts, to multi-stage projects where we collaborate with global teams. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone serious about a career in marketing operations, as you’ll be exposed to all facets of our global operation and have a chance to work with and improve your skills with tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.

  • Schedule and conduct weekly team scrum and project meetings; take notes and track action items to keep both routine work and major projects on schedule
  • Monitor project workflows to ensure that stakeholders know the status of their work, identify and resolve potential delays, and help your automation colleagues prioritize work during peak periods
  • Review all deliverables to ensure quality proofread copy, test forms, validate lead routing and alerting, and learn to identify and correct errors
  • Help manage intra- and extra-departmental communications, such as scheduling status meetings, drafting email notifications, and compiling presentations
  • Continually improve our ServiceNow-based workflows
  • Bring a mindset that goals, requirements, and deliverables must drive the conversation with marketing and sales stakeholders, only then followed by how martech helps them realize those objectives
  • Other tasks as assigned

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience working in marketing for a high-tech enterprise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required in order to excel at the communication, documentation, and proofing duties associated with this role
  • Experience managing projects and orchestrating the efforts of a large team
  • Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly desirable previous experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce.com, or similar tools
