This position aims at maximizing the adoption, use, and business impact of HubSpot across our Business Units . Our ambition is to fully leverage the potential of our tool by helping local marketing teams design personalized and automated customer journeys with a strong impact on our B2B Corporate audience.

You will report to the Group Head of Digital Marketing and be part of the Strategy, Marketing & Transformation Department. At Edenred, we value the execution and always look to have positive impacts with our actions. Your scope will cover all market segments (SME, MM, LNA)

YOUR ROLE

The main responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting marketing teams across different Business Units in designing and implementing marketing automation and emailing strategies.
• Developing and implementing automated campaign scenarios to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Designing and setting-up lead scoring and lead nurturing workflows.
• Ensuring the use of relevant and personalized messages considering the needs and interests of different audience segments.
• Creating registration and interaction forms to capture leads and/or enrich the database.
• Maximizing A/B tests to optimize customer journey performance.
• Setting up end-to-end dashboards to measure the business impact of marketing automation campaigns.

• Designing target vision for Marketing Automation.
• Defining business processes to be deployed in BUs and associated KPIs.
• Defining functionalities, objects, and modules necessary to meet our needs.
• Collaborating with Tech & Data teams for HubSpot implementation.
• Ensuring consistency of our toolstack and efficiency/scalability of connectors.
• Defining and driving the functional and technical roadmap for marketing automation in collaboration with Marketing and Tech teams.
• Monitoring project progress and alerting on internal blockers.
• Ensuring compliance with Data and GDPR regulations.

• Implementing Change Management
• Working closely with BUs to accelerate tool adoption.
• Creating success stories by measuring the business impact of marketing automation.
• Conducting training and onboarding sessions for BUs.
• Animating the Marketing Automation community.
• Raising awareness among top management about the value of marketing automation.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least 6 years of experience in Marketing Automation.
• You have implemented HubSpot in an enterprise / Group context.
• You possess a hybrid profile combining business, professional, and technical skills.
• You can manage projects from start to finish, prioritize tasks, and you are adapted to a constantly evolving environment.
• You are autonomous, proactive, and always seeking optimization to improve quality and productivity
• You have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Languages required: French & English, both written and spoken
