The Role: At Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), Marketing is about using data to understand customer needs and to drive growth. The Marketing Automation & Email Lead implements cross-channel initiatives to increase demand/lead generation and to nurture leads through the purchase journey. You would be responsible for designing digital solutions and templates (drip and nurture campaigns, emails, landing pages, forms) for optimal engagement/conversion rates, segmentation, and reporting. What You Get To Do Everyday: Act as the marketing automation platform (Marketo) administrator; living and breathing the platform daily, serving as our subject matter expert to ensure full optimization and use of the platform.Serve as the marketing automation subject matter expert; lead the project management and execution of any transitions between platforms, including migrating to a new Marketo instance.Lead the execution of multi-channel Marketing campaigns, including setting up campaign flows, dynamic content, nurture, and drip campaigns; standing up landing pages, forms, ad-hoc emails; and defining success metrics and lead scoring.Create and manage automated drip campaigns, including coordinating with the Sales team to help direct the next “touch” after a lead is qualified and routed to Sales.Manage and socialize an Email Marketing Calendar, ensuring timeliness of deployments and that customers and prospects are receiving the appropriate number of communications.Report on Marketing KPIs and lead life-cycle metrics. Create reports for the Marketing and Sales teams with observations and action items that can influence and accelerate the purchase process.Maintain database health -- ensure data cleanliness and completeness by leveraging marketing automation tools and working with data engineers and CRM product owners.Optimize and execute a process for qualifying, relaying, and assigning leads to the Sales department, setting up internal notifications as needed.Lead cross-functional meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Technology to create a collaborative, one-team approach for all Marketo initiatives.Provide guidance and direction to marketing automation platform provider.Work with Technology team to support data hygiene and best practices.Support Digital Marketing Director in developing a marketing automation roadmap, as well as collaborating with business leaders to deliver a best-in-class digital experience to move users through the lead life cycle. What You Bring To The Role: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, business, or related field3-5 years background and experience in managing marketing automation platforms, specifically Marketo.Extensive experience (3-5 years) using Marketo or comparable marketing automation tools.Background working at a senior level within media, internal communications or public relations environment.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate complex information accurately.Must be data-driven with a strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.Excellent analytical skills, defining and interpreting data.Excellent organizational/project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Motivated, self-starterAbility to work independently without much oversight.
