Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week onsite in Irvine, CA)
Overview
The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist helps coordinate and execute our lifecycle marketing strategy, end-to-end, including organizing, building and managing various email, push, inbox and in-app campaigns, and automations. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist collaborates across Marketing, Content, Product, and other departments to create, launch, and monitor the performance of all our campaigns.
The Impact You'll Make
- Partner with stakeholders on the coordination and execution of our lifecycle programs
- Own and manage lifecycle campaigns from ideation to execution and analysis
- Help identify and segment audiences, improve targeting and personalization, and minimize user churn.
- Create, improve, and, optimize consistent user experience across web, mobile
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure we follow industry policies and best practices
What You've Accomplished
- 2+ years of email marketing experience, with a track record of high performance
- Experience working with HTML and CSS for email
- Experience pulling, analyzing, and reporting on campaign data + making data driven recommendations and decisions
- Experience managing the marketing campaign production cycle from copy and creative asset collection to campaign execution
- High-level knowledge of email best practices
- Experience with Photoshop
- Ability to write and review effective, concise marketing copy
- Strong writing skills with a passion for high-quality, effective, to-the-point copy
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with event-driven ESPs such as Braze, Iterable or Customerio strongly preferred.
- Experience with omnichannel campaigns (email and push primarily) to audience segments reaching millions of consumers.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
The base pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.65 per hour
