Position Summary

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for communications to both potential and existing customers, providing timely, retirement savings education throughout their journey with Slavic401k with the ultimate goal to trigger enrollment, retention and increase retirement savings participation. Success in this role requires a passion for marketing, eagerness to try to learn new things, and knowledge of best practices around effective messaging, funnel optimization, deliverability, customer segmentation, reporting, analysis, and testing strategies.

 

Essential Functions

  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies in coordination with Marketing and Customer Success teams
  • Build customer personas to segment out diverse customer base
  • Act as owner of customer journey, develop the journey map, gain team alignment with Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Sales
  • Gain deep customer empathy and understanding of the challenges and successes that employees (participants and eligible to participate in 401(k) program) encounter as navigate the 401(k)-participation journey
  • Design and execute customer marketing initiatives with a focus on retirement savings education, adoption, enrollment, and increased participation
  • Support cultivating of customer evangelists
  • Collaborate with marketing team and creative partners to build and introduce enablement tools including brochures, digital assets, and presentations that support retirement savings education and overall financial health and wellness
  • Analyze and monitor the impact of programs, using insights to constantly improve approach

 

Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience working with a CMS building landing pages (i.e., WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Able to provide examples of campaign performance for new customer acquisition, or customer retention as a result of your strategy/efforts
  • Track record of successful collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer-Success teams on marketing initiatives that drive revenue
  • Exceptional writing, communication, presentation and speaking skills

 

Qualifications


Skills & Abilities

Experience

  • 5-7 years’ experience working with Salesforce – specifically, setting up campaigns, tracking, dashboards, and integration with 3rd party applications
  • 3-5 years in marketing automation, preferably with Pardot. Marketing Cloud experience is a HUGE plus!

 

Education

  • BSc in marketing, advertising, communications, or similar field
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience    

 

Certificates & Licenses

  • Slavic401k Compliance Course Certification completed within 6 months of hire with a score of 70% or better

  • Extended sitting and computer work. 
  • Must have the ability to work remotely.
