We’re an Emotional Health (SAAS) brand that helps improve the well-being of students and educators (and humanity) so they live emotionally healthier, more confident lives.
We build spaces that equip and empower every classroom with tools, resources, and knowledge to cultivate meaningful and quantum change.
Since launching the Rhithm App™ (on January 8, 2020) we’ve reached over 2k classrooms in over 15 states (… and counting)
Students and educators LOVE Rhithm because we keep it real!
The app’s assessment, activities, and data are unlike anything else. They empower students to discover, understand and cultivate emotional intelligence skills to find Rhithm within themselves.

As we grow in the pursuit of our mission, we are expanding the Marketing practice one rockstar after another. We are in search of our first Lifecycle Marketing Manager who’ll build and support the entire lifecycle. If your core values align with who we are, we’d love to hear from ya!
Your journey as a leader will start here but it will know no bounds ...
-define and execute lifecycle omnichannel strategies
-craft targeted and personalized experiences across various touchpoints and channels
-create, test, and scale campaigns across multiple channels
-manage website updates, content and asset creation, and CRO for assigned web property(ies)
-implement nurturing programs to engage net-new prospects and existing customers
-build, execute, and maintain marketing tech stack as needed
-report on key metrics across all initiatives
-inform the ideation, build, and distribute content, resources, and collateral at every stage of the customer journey
-lead and develop growth team
We think you’ve got what it takes if you see yourself reflected in the following:
-5+ years working in growth at a B2B, SaaS, or Service brand
-excellent understanding of demand generation and growth within B2B SaaS space
-strong analytical skills and data-driven
-well rounded with various B2B MarTech stack (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, Engagio, Demandbase, Terminus, Uberflip, etc.)
-you’re no stranger to creating nurture flows, email campaigns, and implementing B2B strategies
-experience scaling demand generation programs
-natural relationship builder who can work effectively across different subject areas and thrives within a matrix organization
-demonstrable people-management and people-development skills
-heart-centered human being with high collaborative vibes
Bonus points for:
-prior experience with integrated ABM strategies plan
-prior experience in the education, education technology, or non-profit sector
-You’ve scaled a demand generation/growth marketing team
