Lovevery has expanded into Europe and is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator in Europe. The Role

Lovevery has now launched in Europe and is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator for Europe. This role will not only allow you to master customer communication, but also to think critically around the growth of customer programmes including referrals, our company blog, and retention of customers through our subscription business.

The ideal candidate is a technical whiz with the HTML and CSS skills to build beautiful and functional email campaigns, as well as a desire to deepen their marketing chops around audience segmentation, marketing tech, emerging channels, and analytics. A marketing professional, with sharp analytical skills and a creative mind, who is hungry to work hard in a fast-paced environment, at our mission-driven startup. This role will report to the Lifecycle Marketing, Europe, and work cross-functionally with the Brand Marketing, Design, Social, Operations and Customer Service teams


  • Day-to-Day Campaign Management. This includes but is not limited to; the creation and execution of email templates in different languages, testing email templates in different email clients, creating audiences for campaign deployment, requesting QA and approval on created assets, and scheduling campaigns for deployment.
  • Pop-Up and Banner Management. This includes but is not limited to; the creation and execution of pop-ups and banners in different languages, testing them in different browser views and dimensions, adding the right conditions for page view, writing custom JavaScript to preview the boxes, activation of the assets and maintaining a clear overview of live assets.
  • Hosted Page Management. This includes but is not limited to; the creation and execution of Hosted pages in HTML, testing hosted pages in different browser views and dimensions, adding CSS and logic to collect the right data in CRM platform, connecting hosted pages with email campaigns, requesting QA and approval on Hosted pages.
  • Marketing Automation Management
  • Work closely together with global stakeholders to manage end-to-end campaigns. This includes but not limited to: Copywriters and designers.
  • Create a great customer experience flow for our existing and new customers
  • Create Analytical insights on Email Campaigns, Automations, audiences and subscriptions.

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Marketing Automation Platforms/CRMs
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Fluent in English, additional European languages would be an advantage
  • Experience in building email templates across all stages of lifecycle
  • Hands-on mentality and willing to learn
  • Analytical skills, familiar with AB testing and able to see opportunities for improvement. Knowledge of Google Analytics and Looker is a pre, but not required
