Apple is seeking an experienced, subscription lifecycle marketing managers with a passion for marketing technologies to help grow its services, including the ways we drive the benefits of the full Apple ecosystem. The Growth Lifecycle Lead will work with a wide variety of functional teams across Apple to build programs that connect with customers on a personalized, privacy friendly way to ensure they are getting the most out of their subscription services.
The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple’s media products and services. The team focuses on the timely delivery, strategy, and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users across multiple Apple services, including: Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, App Store, and Apple One.

Minimum 5-10 years experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success achieving growth goals of user engagement and retention.
Independent strategic problem solver with the ability to lead the development and cross-functional digital marketing campaigns and programs to support various lines of subscription businesses.
Experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a media platform or a consumer subscription business.
Ability to consolidate and articulate a strategy for executive agreement and alignment.
A track record of success in developing, testing, and optimizing marketing channels such as push notification, online, email and in-app messaging marketing tactics.
Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics, tracking program performance, and testing results.
Experience working globally with international markets and ability to collaborate with international marketing colleagues to craft efficient marketing programs that reflect regional market opportunities and customer differences.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.
Results-oriented, detailed, upbeat and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
Cross-Functional Relationship Management:
Build and maintain partnerships across different lines of business.
Maintain weekly/bi-weekly forums across various different teams to help align all the initiatives.
Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to determine new use cases for untapped marketing channels and gaps.
Campaign Strategy/Project Management:
Partner with stakeholders to align and drive lifecycle touchpoint with a multi-product/multi-channel lens. Includes but not limited to campaign strategy, targeting, experimentation, and audience messaging.
Partner with international team leads on global and local campaigns.
Design & build requirements and specifications for various different communication campaigns/ automated programs.
Partner with analytics to improve actionable strategies that will increase efficiency against marketing goals.
Analyze and share out marketing performance results with stakeholders.
Project manage all initiatives to help operationalize and execute.
Education & Experience
BS/BA degree preferred; MS/MA/MBA a plus
