As the Lifecycle CRM Marketing Manager, B2B, you will be responsible for developing strategies and implementing programs to engage, retain, upsell, and increase client LTV for our Weedmaps Business verticals. This includes, but is not limited to, the development, execution and analysis of B2B emails and push campaigns to support prospecting, lead nurture, churn prevention, onboarding, and more.

In this role you will partner and collaborate with product, brand, design, engineering, operations, and sales to produce innovative, best-in-class lifecycle marketing campaigns. This role is nested under the Growth Marketing team, reports directly to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and will be expected to drive strategy and execution of B2B campaign efforts.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Lead the development of B2B email campaigns, push notifications, and journeys including onboarding, lead nurturing, opportunity acceleration, engagement, upsell, and cross-sell for WM business verticals in partnership with product and product marketing stakeholders
  • Set and track against quarterly goals, from growing our lead and client lists to scaling, driving engagement rate, and conversions to generate revenue
  • Manage the design and implementation of B2B lifecycle campaigns and automations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy to drive conversion of leads by testing, identifying key touchpoints that will advance leads toward conversion
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, product marketing, product, analytics, and legal teams to execute the campaign strategy
  • Own campaign testing, target criteria selection, campaign health monitoring, and post-campaign analysis
  • Work closely with Marketing Analytics team in the development of real-time B2B dashboards and to build a data-driven strategy for campaign improvement
  • Be the subject-matter expert in validating new tools and features geared toward improving the effectiveness of all B2B marketing communications

What You’ve Accomplished

  • 3-5 years of email, lifecycle, or growth marketing experience, with a track record of high performance
  • Experience managing one or more direct reports
  • Experience working with HTML and CSS for email
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Dreamweaver
  • Experience with ESPs similar to Braze, Iterable, Marketo, or Responsys
  • Subject matter expert on the implementation of dynamic and personalized lifecycle content
  • Work closely with product teams to market new features and programs for lead nurture, upsell, and retention
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate and implement a focused plan
  • Expert in segmentation, list management, and email marketing best practices
  • Be key contributor for large scale strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to quarterly, bi-annual, and annual strategic plans and forecasts
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
