Our Marketing team is seeking a customer-centric marketer to join our team and drive our email program to be best-in-class in execution, engagement and customer value.

  • Build and own the strategic roadmap of evo email
  • Establish goals, KPIs and reporting for the email program
  • Define promotional, triggered and transactional campaign roles and goals
  • Monitor list health and launch initiatives for acquiring quality subscribers
  • Integrate evo’s multichannel customer data as a cornerstone of segmentation
  • Own a robust testing & optimization program partnering with copy and creative team
  • Introduce and track LTV as a measurement of email program success
  • Incorporate new secondary touchpoints such as SMS and Direct Mail
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of program
  • Manage and coach email coordinator role
  • Work with brand marketing to strategically plan customer communications and align with business priorities
  • Oversee flawless execution of daily email campaigns
  • Ensure evo maintains high email deliverability and quality
  • Work with internal tech teams and external vendors to optimize email tracking and performance
  • Ensure evo email team is creating and executing campaigns efficiently and effectively using best-in-class tools
  • Own briefing process to execute strategies and initiatives of roadmap


  • Experience: 5+ years experience in email marketing, retail or ecommerce preferred
  • Education: BA / BS degree preferred with emphasis in business, marketing or communications
  • Ability to multitask - manage multiple programs and tasks at once
  • Hands on experience with an ESP (Acoustic, Bluecore, Blueshift, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Preferred)
  • CDP experience a plus
  • Proven experience executing and analyzing email testing programs
  • Excellent Quantitative and Data Analysis Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
