At Razorpay we are looking for a dynamic and driven growth manager. You will be working closely with the product, marketing, design and tech team to execute campaigns across the customer funnel.

What you would be doing?
- Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) for the entire merchant funnel, from landing page visitors to signups, through onboarding, engagement, and referrals.
- Designing, executing and analysing A/B tests including landing pages, marketing emails, dashboard notifications, growth tools and more.
- Creating growth models to help Razorpay optimize and understand the lifecycle of a merchant.
- Taking care of all merchant lifecycle communication to optimize our funnels via emails, sms and more.
- Strategize, design, plan and implement growth experiments, from generating ideas to analysis of experiment results.
- Collaborate and drive automated cross-sell campaigns across the 10 different products of Razorpay.
- Experiment with marketing automation tools and create viral loops
- Stay up to date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing and UI/UX
- Aligning the different stakeholders across products on a single page about Growth.
What do we require from you?
- 4-5 years of relevant marketing experience
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in Growth marketing.
- Good understanding of the different tech stacks like HTML/CSS, ReactJs etc.
- Experience with analytics and event tracking tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
- Experience with marketing automation tools or CRMs preferred. (Experience with HubSpot would be a bonus)
- Expertise with A/B and multivariate experiments
- A self starter, who loves to take on hard problems and has high affinity to collaborate in a startup atmosphere
- Should have excellent people skills and ability to perform in a dynamic, startup environment
