About The Role

As the Freemium Lifecycle Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and executing the holistic activation & adoption strategy for Zoom’s online freemium user base. Data driven program manager that is passionate about diving deep into analytics to gain actionable insights to improve activation and product adoption. Leverages product telemetry and monitors usage trends to drive product/web improvements to the customer journey. The ideal professional fit is collaborative, analytical, a strategic thinker, and effective influencer. You must be highly analytical with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to drive strategy through data, drive change through influence, and exceptional project management skills are a must for success in this role.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute quarterly marketing plans to drive meaningful optimization in free activation, usage, and network growth (invite-a-friend flow) with Zoom’s existing and net new free base
  • Drive a holistic multi-channel free user onboarding and re-engagement strategy across all core freemium personas and regions
  • Own weekly/monthly cross functional Free Audience global trend reporting. Stay closely aligned to trends to guide quarterly program strategy.
  • Serve as the business stakeholder to drive requirements for quarterly engineering projects that drive enhanced free user web and in-product experiences
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize new onboarding and re-engagement campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Launch free user research initiatives to build persona driven user journeys
  • Manage the Web Portal Home Destination - determine content, messaging, and track usage to drive design optimization
  • Track and report on performance of onboarding and re-engagement programs on a monthly basis, identifying key wins and future recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to launch an effective Mobile/ SMS international strategy


Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of online lifecycle marketing or retention/loyalty marketing experience
  • Demonstrated track record of building omni-channel onboarding and re-engagement campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication and analytical skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • International experience a plus
  • Experience in video or web conferencing in the cloud is a plus
