JOB PURPOSE: Assist and coordinate initiatives related to 1:1 Preferred Lease marketing campaigns, primarily via the Email channel. Other channels might include Text messages and Direct Mail.



  • Develop and implement end-to-end email marketing campaigns including calendar and content, audience targeting, and deployment and monitoring
  • Ensure email campaigns, website content and other digital programs are accurately produced and delivered on a timely basis
  • Coordinate projects as directed by Marketing leadership. Provide deliverables on time and on budget
  • Open and track jobs with retail partners, internal design and CRM teams
  • Work collaboratively to execute programs and initiatives
  • Obtain legal review and approval of offer-based programs. Ensure digital initiatives are versioned appropriately with legal restrictions and requirements
  • Process and track project invoices
  • Coordinate communication of new campaigns to key stakeholders – including both ad hoc promotional campaigns and new lifecycle triggers
  • Add value by evaluating, recommending and supporting testing of new programs and process enhancements
  • Monitor competitors and provide recommendations and insight
  • Provide assistance on multichannel campaign executions that span Text message and Direct Mail channels
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Fintech or retail store-based marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Two to three years of experience in Digital Advertisting and/or Marketing including project coordination
  • Email campaign management (Salesforce, SendGrid/Twilio, CheetahMail, Sparkpost, etc.) experience a must
  • Experience with marketing automation and personalization platform, such as RedPoint, preferred
  • Experience working with content and creative teams including design and copywriting functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Teams experience a plus)
