Here at CTC, we’re an agency of entrepreneurs. We know what it’s like to run an ecommerce business. Because we have. And still do.

Like our clients, we’ve taken 3am calls with overseas suppliers, haggled pennies off pick-and-pack fees, watched something grow and thrive against the odds.

Whether the client dreams of transforming the world or turning a profit, our success depends on their success.

At our core, CTC is a service provider; building brands across visitors, conversion rate, and lifetime value. Centered around our ecommerce growth formula, we tested on our own strategies and brands, to help scale what works.

Additionally, we’re a human service business. And our people are our product. We invest in them because they invest in our client's business. CTC is a fully remote company of creatives, data geeks, and leaders that expanding across the United States & Canada.

We truly believe careers are a catalyst for your future self — because we’re not just interested in who you are, but in who you want to be.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

COACH | As a key member of the Retention leadership team, you’re the primary source of support for Retention Strategists as they navigate client relationships, strategic planning, and analyzing performance for future insights. You’re responsible for holding Strategists accountable to their KPIs to drive customer retention and lifetime value on behalf of CTC’s clients. Whether it’s setting clear expectations, developing efficient processes, or coaching staff members 1:1, you’re committed to doing what it takes to set your team up for success, enabling a top notch client experience.

DEVELOP | To deepen the level of expertise across the Strategist team, you’ll work with vendor partners to identify opportunities for better training, collaboration, and strategic development amongst the Strategist team. You’ll bring the team together for impactful cross-pollination—both internally and externally—to stay on top of emerging trends and technologies in the retention marketing space, and to make the most out of platform functionality with our primary partners.

INNOVATE | Our Retention Strategy Manager relentlessly drives operational excellence and efficiency across the Retention team. Working in collaboration with the Director of Retention, you’ll identify gaps in existing processes and opportunities for ongoing calibration to help the teamwork more effectively for maximum profitability. You’ll be a thoughtful change manager, helping Strategists to understand the ‘why’ behind process pivots and stewarding the adoption of new tools and ways of working in a highly supportive manner to maximize efficient use of contract scopes to drive client ROI.
