Job Description

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will focus on designing, implementing, and reporting on email programs and campaigns using specialized marketing automation software, such as Eloqua and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

In your new role you will:

• Design, implement, and report on email programs and campaigns  using marketing automation software (Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
• Develop and execute time-sensitive  campaigns for webinars and events , as well as  permanent email journeys
• Build campaign   landing pages  and  forms  to support email campaigns
• Create and manage  email templates, workflows, and automation rules
• Analyze and report on email campaign performance  using Excel, Eloqua and Tableau
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and  suggest recommendations on how to improve performance
• Optimize email programs  to increase conversion rates
• Develop and maintain dashboards  to visualize campaign performance using Eloqua and Tableau
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams  to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategy
• Stay up-to-date with  industry trends  and  best practices in email marketing automation

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in  Marketing, Communications , or similar field of studies
• At least 1 year  of experience in  digital marketing , with a strong focus on  email marketing automation
• Proven experience with marketing  automation software , such as  Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud,  or similar
• Experience with  building campaign landing pages and forms
• Strong understanding of  customer journeys and email marketing strategies
• Strong  analytical and reporting skills , with experience using Excel, Eloqua, and/or Tableau
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience using PowerPoint
• Fluency in English  (mandatory)

It would be an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of  Google Analytics
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of  SQL and data analysis
• Experience with other marketing automation software (e.g. Marketo, Pardot)
• Certification in email marketing or marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce) is nice to have
