Job Description

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Development and deployment of email, nurture, and drip campaigns.
  • Understand best practices from an email automation perspective for ecommerce and ABM to advise the business.
  • Optimize programs through A/B testing and develop recommendations based on data driven insights.
  • Strategy and workflow development
  •  Analyze campaign performance, make recommendations, and implement based on findings
  • Ability to work cross functionally to drive business results, partnering with channel and ecommerce teams.


Qualifications


Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an email marketing automation role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with email systems
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
  • Openness to learn new systems and continually innovate
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to react dynamically to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise account-based marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years Marketo or ACS experience and knowledge

Preferred:

  • Background in Salesforce
  • Marketo or Adobe Campaign Certification
  • Prior experience in the B2B or B2C Technology space
  • Experience with Adobe marketing technology stack
  • 3+ years working in a high digital maturity marketing technology stack company
  • Experience on large scale integration projects

Skills:

  • Adept with CSS, HTML, and email testing
  • Understanding of audience segmentation
  • Deep understanding of email compliance and best practices
