We’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive to support our CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives through email and SMS campaigns . This role will focus on campaign execution, performance optimisation, and customer engagement , working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute email and SMS campaigns through CRM platforms.
• Deliver end-to-end campaign setup , scheduling, segmentation, and deployment.
• Align to the campaign calendar to ensure timely communications.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to develop engaging campaigns.
• Track and analyse campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimise accordingly.
• Support A/B testing and segmentation strategies to improve engagement.
• Assist with CRM database management and audience targeting .
• Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns (knowledge is a plus).
• Confident in executing multi-lingual campaigns across Europe, proficiency in German, French, and Dutch is a plus

Ideally you will have:

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing .
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools & platforms such as Emarsys, Hubspot & Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of email campaign analytics and optimisation .
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude .
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams .
