a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Creative assets (images and copy) from Creative, Brand, and agency partners
  • Strategic plans from Email Marketing Strategists
  • Data from Artificial Intelligence and Guest Analytics team
  • Data pipelines from MarTech
  • Fully coded email and push notifications for campaigns from Like New, Email Marketing Strategists, Integrated Marketing, Experiential Stores, Membership, Sweat Collective, SeaWheeze, lululemon Collective, and other partners to drive business performance
  • Delivery of best-in-class emails and push notification to the guest to surprise and delight
  • Execution of Like New program expansion, including updates to existing inflight programs
  • Partners with the Like New team to provide recommendations for execution of program requirements and owns all email + push deployments for this program
  • Collaborates with larger cross-functional teams to execute on email and push campaigns that serves both the guest and the business.
  • Leverages a wide range of foundational email marketing skills to tackle a full breadth of responsibilities, from creative briefing to HTML coding to dynamic logic.
  • Works cross-functionally with a wide range of partners to achieve success and innovation; you may have a meeting with an intergrated marketing team, followed by a touchbase with IT developers.
  • Reports on the success of the campaign and understands the longer life time value goals to drive engagement.
  • Partner closely with Retention and Digital Marketing teams to execute weekly campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Optimize and implement best practices with an eye for scalable efficiency and automation.
  • Take identified projects from concept to deployment, managing end-to-end responsibilities.


  • Minimum 2-year Digital Marketing certification required, 4-year Bachelor's in relevant field preferred.

must haves

  • 2-3 years experience in email marketing and automation. Ideally in the retail environment, B2C experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL, and of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Previous experience owning campaigns from start to full-flight
