Your role🙋

Do you live and breathe email marketing? Does data, performance, and automation get you going? Then you should consider applying for the email marketing specialist role in the marketing team at Juni. We are in great need of a superstar when it comes to everything email and SMS marketing. The rocketship has already taken off but there is an empty seat for you if you act quickly.

Your responsibilities💪

In This Role You’ll

• Develop performance-driven communications and promotions through email and SMS marketing
• Analyse and optimize email and SMS automation throughout the customer journey
• Work closely with internal partners, including business, engineering, design, legal, customer support, sales, and bringing ideas to life that increase user engagement within the product.
• Constant A/B testing of the email and SMS channels to optimize for best ROI
• Deliver reports on the email and SMS channels performance
• Be the key player in our customer communications through email and SMS

Within 1 Month You'll

• Be responsible for any email/SMS send-outs to customers
• Structure the workflow that we handle email/SMS campaigns

Within 3 Months You'll

• Fully automated and optimized our email/SMS channel within the product to activate our customers.
• Assisting the Sales team with reach out automation
• Monthly reporting of the email/SMS channel’s performance and improvements that was made

Within 6 Months You'll

• Own everything email and SMS marketing. Anything related to this will go through you.
