We’re looking to add an Email Marketing Specialist to our award-winning Communications Team. If designing and delivering direct messaging that incites action is your thing, Garver is the place to be.
In this role, you'll create and manage email marketing campaigns that support our recruiting and business development efforts. You’ll contribute to company newsletters and internal communications. You'll collaborate with a robust creative team that has the support of a thousand-person firm willing to go the extra mile to best tell our story.

What you’ll do:
- Ensure designs and layouts of emails are optimized to be user and mobile-friendly
- Test email templates to resolve deliverability issues and ensure compatibility across a range of email clients
- Maintain company newsletters and internal communications
- Update email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Maintain contact segments and compile email lists
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years experience working in a professional team environment
- Experience editing HTML/CSS and identifying areas for improvement
- Experience managing and developing email design systems
- Familiarity designing mobile and dark mode-friendly email template
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Experience with pre-deployment platforms like Email on Acid for CSS in-lining, compatibility testing and optimization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign)
- Experience using marketing automation tools (experience using Mautic is a plus, particularly performing and deploying updates)
- An ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Impeccable creative execution and strong attention to detail
- Quick thinking, the ability to pivot and multitask fluidly
