Position Summary: Fusion Worldwide is seeking a B2B Ecommerce Email Marketer to join our ecommerce organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a quickly growing and highly visible team and will serve as the primary customer liaison for our ecommerce business. Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, the successful candidate will be adept across B2B social media, and email marketing and automation fundamentals, with a documented track record of driving sales conversions. The Email Marketing Specialist will leverage multiple data points to inform strategy and execution recommendations to generate ecommerce revenues.

What you can do for us

  • Define overall email acquisition, conversion and retention strategy; evaluate and provide ROI quantification.
  • Own day-to-day execution and performance of onboarding, evergreen and engagement campaigns, journeys and overall program effectiveness; make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Develop KPIs around RFQ/registration to first purchase conversion and identify key actions to retaining members to grow Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce Analytics team on analysis and reporting on the success of conversion campaigns and retention KPIs.
  • Build and segment customer audience lists.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize conversion tactics.
  • Drive LinkedIn awareness and engagement strategies.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in: Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B ecommerce marketing required
  • Experience with revenue conversion-driven email marketing
  • Has a good understanding of what engagement, retention and upsell metrics are and how to impact them via email
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • LinkedIn B2B ecommerce content marketing
  • HubSpot competency required
  • Define and create email automation campaigns
  • Proficient in data manipulation and business analytics
  • Succinct business copywriting
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Nuanced communication skills
  • Proficient with E-Commerce platforms and processes
  • Knowledge of B2B broker business models is a plus
  • Knowledge of the electronic component market is a plus
