The Email Marketing Specialist will join the Marketing department, reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Marketing department with day-to-day development of emails, automated campaigns, landing pages, forms, surveys, and other various communication needs. This individual will also assist with the management of marketing databases and digital analytics reporting. This individual will be allotted the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment working cross-functionally with the vertical, channel, and brand teams to build, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns.     


  Specific responsibilities include:

  • Translates project requirements while building appropriate solutions with digital marketing tools including but not limited to Pardot, LeadPages, Salesforce, and Survey Monkey
  • Produces marketing campaign assets including emails, landing pages, forms, etc.
  • Monitors and maintains deliverability rate, unsubscribe rate, and other pertinent metrics
  • Assists in the segmentation and management of contacts in CRM (SalesForce) and a marketing automation platform (Pardot)
  • Qualifies incoming leads; responds promptly and has a strong understanding of the lead import, assignment, and follow up process
  • Reports on a marketing campaign performance while analyzing results for the marketing team, leadership, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborates with the marketing team with planning, estimating, and managing deliverables
  • Designs/edits images and text assets for emails



  • Excellent understanding of successful email marketing techniques, best practices, and metrics
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Extraordinary writing and editing skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about their work and can work with limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and reprioritize as needed



  • Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing development and deployment
  • Salesforce and Pardot certifications a plus
  • SMS marketing knowledge a plus
  • Minimal travel required
