  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on experience owning email campaign production;
  • Outstanding ability to learn quickly and execute swiftly and accurately in a fast-paced environment;
  • Expertise with advanced HTML coding for email and web required;
  • Exceptional data management and organizational skills with a consistent eye for detail;
  • Thorough understanding of current trends and the latest email marketing best practices, design and rendering principles, and deliverability and list management and compliance standards;
  • Demonstrable skills analyzing complex digital marketing metrics relating to Email Marketing, SEO and SEM required;
  • Experience with enterprise email marketing platforms, email rendering testing suites, analytics software, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office required;
  • Experience with Asana, Trello, Jira, and Confluence a plus;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Enthusiasm for creating and maintaining thorough process documentation;
