Prime Gaming is looking for an experienced and self-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead and execute Email strategy. Prime Gaming is a leader in the games subscription business with benefits available to all Amazon Prime members geared at making Prime a no-brainer for gamers around the globe. This role will establish and produce new email programs to drive high-quality traffic to Prime Gaming content offers. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organized with a proven ability to work cross functionally with several internal and external teams across the organization.

Strong preference for this position to be in Seattle, but open to near any Amazon/AWS U.S. Corp office only. Relocation offered from within the US only to this location.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own overall customer experience and engagement through email and optimize based on insights and analysis
  • Build targeting strategy for customer segmentation
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights to establish baselines, develop standards, and continually optimize results
  • Create and manage monthly email content calendar
  • Proactively monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance
  • Develop high-impact A/B testing to improve email performance and continually improve performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to deliver key business goals through email
  • Compile and report metrics on a regular cadence to mark progress against program, team-wide and organization-wide goals

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years working in marketing; 3+ years in email management
  • Proven record of driving business through email/CRM, have the capability to deal with complex email programs
  • Intermediate proficiency with HTML and CSS required
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics from different data sources to measure performance and use data to drive optimizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with other CRM marketing channels (push notifications, owned channels)
