The Email Marketing Manager oversees the planning, management, and execution of The Container Store’s marketing, loyalty, and transactional email efforts. This position develops an innovation roadmap for optimizing the email channel to drive customer engagement and company revenue. The Email Marketing Manager works collaboratively and cross-functionally to ensure campaigns, programs, and initiatives are aligned and achieving objectives.

Responsibilities
- Plans and guides all ad-hoc, scheduled, triggered, and campaign emails for marketing, loyalty, and transactional efforts
- Collaborates and communicates with key stakeholders & leadership across the organization to drive initiatives within the email channel, and integration across other marketing channels
- Manages and maintains scheduling, targeting, messaging, testing, tracking, and reporting efforts across the email channel
- Administers and improves the audience, asset, approval, and campaign management processes for the email channel
- Reports and analyzes performance for ad-hoc, scheduled, triggered, and campaign emails, as well as for the email channel
- Gathers and develops key insights that can be used to design, pilot, and test new campaigns, programs, and functionality within the email channel
- Evaluates capabilities and processes to find optimization, automation, and personalization opportunities for the email channel
- Ensures the email channel remains current with industry best practices, new technology, and regulatory standards
- Serves and contributes in different roles as required (campaign marketer, project manager, channel owner, strategic analyst, etc.) based on the varying needs of the project

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing planning, marketing operations, campaign marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, CRM, and or loyalty program roles
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability to utilize and work with data to drive marketing insights and initiatives
- Strong communicator of ideas, proposals, and results to leaders and stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experienced with email, cross-channel, and or other marketing platforms
- Background with Adobe Campaign, Target, and or Analytics is a plus
- Retail experience preferred
- Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area
- Must be at least 18 years of age
