The Tennessee Titans are looking for a creative and innovative digital marketer to oversee all email marketing campaigns, including strategy, creation, distribution, measurement and optimization to support sales, marketing, customer service, and communication goals. This role will be responsible for audience segmentation, campaign management, performance monitoring, and daily email execution using Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation platform.


The Manager will report to the Director of Business Intelligence and will work collaboratively across the Marketing, Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Stadium Events, Community Impact, and Public Relations departments to ensure delivery of efficient and effective integrated campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, deploy, and monitor dynamic email marketing and lead generation campaigns based on audience segmentation and customization tactics to achieve revenue and brand growth
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships, and Creative teams to coordinate appealing, informative, attention grabbing, and effective email marketing campaigns
  • Manage content plan, advertising inventory, and execution of the Titans weekly e-newsletters
  • Develop a strategy to grow the Tennessee Titans and Nissan Stadium email marketing databases and effectively segment audiences to align with business and communication goals
  • Work closely with Marketing and Digital teams on efficient email acquisition and lead generation campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strategic, cross-departmental email marketing calendar and targeted email audience segmentation strategies
  • Identify and implement testing methodologies to improve conversation rates and optimize campaign results
  • Evaluate email performance metrics including open rates, click-through-rates, sales tracking parameters, impressions, page views, etc. and provide timely reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Develop best practices for email campaigns and stay on top of industry standards
  • Additional responsibilities to support the Titans Marketing team as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies
  • 3-5 years of professional experience across email and digital marketing responsibilities, including launching, managing, and monitoring consumer-facing campaigns
  • Deep knowledge and experience using an advanced email marketing platform; experience with Eloqua preferred
  • Proficient in HTML and Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop and In-Design
  • Extensive background in a variety of outbound campaign development and optimization, with a strong understanding of performance metrics, best practices, and digital trends
  • Experience developing audience segments and implementing automation strategies
  • Collaborative working style with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Must have an interest and ability in serving others as one of the primary functions of their job
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to learn and master new software programs required.
  • Passion for sports, digital marketing and technology preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays
