As our Marketing Campaign Manager, you will become our trusted community specialist in delivering a cohesive campaign journey. You have knowledge in email marketing trends and best practices, and clearly understand how to interpret data to make key optimization and automation decisions. Equal parts creative and strategic, you like to measure the success of campaigns by not only the numbers but also community behavior and engagement.

You have a knack for working simultaneously across multiple campaigns and cannot wait to utilize your analytical skills to streamline and automate campaign operation workflows, playing a vital role in helping us scale at this critical point in our growth.


About Us

At Social Nature, we’re on a mission to change consumer habits and help more people make the switch to healthy and sustainable products on their next shopping trip.

We offer food and health brands an online product testing platform to get quick feedback on their new products and concepts. And we offer our community members the opportunity to sample and give feedback on the most innovative products.

Over the last 5 years, our small but mighty 20 person team has grown Social Nature to over half a million product testers across North America and has helped launch and grow over 500 sustainable brands. We’ve recently raised growth financing from the co-founder of Shopify, the founder of VEGA, and Active Impact Investments (a company investing in companies tackling the UN sustainability goals). And earlier this year we were recognized with a high-performance culture award.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the development and execution of digital product sampling campaigns, engaging with the community through channels like email and Facebook messenger
  • Use your analytical and creative thinking skills to streamline, automate and optimize campaign operation workflows
  • Work cross-functionally to develop strategic workflows and touchpoints to align with the user journey
  • Support with community growth initiatives and oversee marketing agency partners
  • Reporting and analyzing the performance of our communication channels (email and Facebook Messenger)


To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of professional experience with 2+ years focused on marketing campaign operations and email marketing
  • Empathetic, engaging, personalized, content writing style and communication skills
  • An uncanny ability to think critically and interpret data to find breakthrough strategies and solutions, especially when it comes to user behaviours
  • Proven ability in using marketing analytics and conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Action focused project management skills that demonstrate the ability to competently manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with Mailchimp or other related platforms
