What you will do:

  • The overarching goal is to grow the customer base, increase engagement and purchases, grow AOV and revenue. You will own goals and KPIs, track and report out on those on a regular cadence
  • Develop and execute CRM marketing programs across email and SMS to drive new members
  • Expand SMS capabilities
  • Expand trigger emails & personalization
  • Develop and refine email and SMS flows to retain and engage both existing customers and potential customers
  • Partner with product, analytics, creative and content teams to optimize the UX, customer experience and lifetime value analysis and optimization
  • Develop a robust A/B testing and optimization program along with measurement strategies to quantify the impact on short and long term revenue and retention
  • Develop and monitor a promotional calendar and create plans to address shortfalls when they occur

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of customer lifecycle or retention marketing experience for a DTC ecommerce company
  • Start-up experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly -adapting environment
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp or other leading email marketing platforms
  • Demonstrated success building and improving email, CRM, customer retention and engagement programs in a DTC company
  • Expert knowledge of email marketing, CRM, CMS and reporting tools
