This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and overall team success. You will be responsible for creating the email marketing function and establishing best practices that will shape our email strategy. Your key strengths are in email marketing but you are also a creative marketer and equally excited to create a new function for the company to help us grow revenue and hit growth targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build out and execute integrated lead generation campaigns including email offer, event and webinar promotional campaigns; plan and coordinate the email marketing schedule
  • Analyze email campaign results such as open rates, click through rates, deliverability and conversions; aid in improving email performance metrics ensuring appropriate lead flows between the systems
  • Maintain microsites and landing pages, design and optimize web/landing pages for increased conversions
  • Program analysis including outbound emails, inbound web assets, webinars and other campaigns; closed loop reporting based on response rates, response by tactics, new prospect, number of campaign touches, sales opportunities and pipeline, web traffic, and conversion rates
  • Design and develop reporting metrics and analyses to measure the impact of our email marketing investments and improve pipeline performance
  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps

Job Requirements:

You will have a proven track record of leading the email marketing channel and programs for a mid-market, B2B SaaS organization(s). Here's our ideal profile:

  • Have a “Customer first”, “win as a team”, scrappy “just get it done” mentality
  • 4+ years experience in a fast-paced demand generation environment, ideally with a mid-market, B2B SaaS product in an early-mid stage company
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems, with a strong preference for HubSpot experience
  • Prior experience or strong desire to build out entirely new email marketing function for the company
  • Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused email programs and campaigns
  • Understanding of A/B testing, reporting, online behavior tracking, Client Acquisition and Retention programs, analyzing data points such as CTRs and other conversion points, audience segmentations, ABM, lead nurturing drip campaigns, systems architecture, functionality and sync
  • Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along the buyer's journey
  • Proven collaborator and motivator, entrepreneurial, unafraid to roll-up sleeves, get it done, and "lead from the front”
  • Passionate about all things growth, keeping up to date on the latest trends to keep other team members informed
  • A good spirit in his/her team and brings fun to the workplace; shares wins and successes; fosters open dialogue; creates strong morale
