This position will own all parts of email marketing including developing and driving strategy, executing, and analysis of overall email campaigns. This role will act as the functional expert regarding best practices for all email touchpoints within the company. Goals include engaging customers with targeted emails across their life cycle stage to increase conversion rates, revenue, and drive customer lifetime value.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the Email Marketing program including revenue, list growth, and engagement
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments around calendar planning, creative assets, and copy needs
  • Implement and optimize on flow campaigns that increase engagement and retention including welcome, post purchase, abandon carts, and more
  • Create and implement flows around lapsed buyers, reactivation, and high frequency customers
  • Experience leveraging customer segmentation and customer journeys to deliver personalization
  • Own all aspects of email operations including creating, testing, and deployment activities
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and new opportunities for growth and report out on key KPI’s on a regular basis
  • Ideate and A/B test to improve on all channel KPI's
  • Own and optimize SMS/MMS marketing as it relates to customer retention and engagement


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience building email marketing campaigns or similar experience
  • Experience working with ESP's
  • Strong knowledge of email best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience
  • Strong analytical skills with strong knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics
  • Detail oriented with strong project management skills
  • Ecommerce Experience preferred
  • Self-starter. Able to learn quickly, prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
