This position is responsible for managing all aspects of Lazydays Email Marketing efforts (retention/acquisition), working collaboratively with team members to achieve business objects. This includes email marketing strategy, planning, creative direction, technology integrations, database management, reporting and analysis.




  • Oversee and lead all email marketing automation and lead generation efforts for multiple Lazydays businesses
  • Test and leverage new technologies/trends such as personalization and dynamic content
  • Ensure all email creative executions are multi-device compatible
  • Plan, oversee and execute automated workflow and behaviorally triggered campaigns
  • Manage the email calendar coordination
  • Responsible for reporting, maintaining, and monitoring automated email performance
  • Strategically define and recommend new and enhanced email campaigns
  • Lead technology testing, integration and implementation efforts to increase efficiency
  • Oversee the editing, testing, quality assurance and deployment process for all email campaigns
  • Work with other business units to define requirements and oversee completion of automated campaigns
  • Customer and prospect survey design, execution and results/reporting
  • Timely completion of additional special projects
  • Attend all required company meetings.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested or required.




  • Minimum 10 years experience in B2C email marketing automation & and lead generation
  • Advanced HTML knowledge/ability
  • List management/segmentation skills
  • Advanced Excel knowledge/ability
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with advanced ESPs – Bronto/Oracle a plus, but not required
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Retail or dealership experience a plus
  • Time management and communication skills
  • Experience with budget and project management
  • Must be able to handle operational schedules and production work
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations, and work thoroughly and quickly under pressure
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
