About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and driven marketer to take our B2B email communications to the next level. As the Email Marketing Manager, you will have an integral role in crafting and building an integrated email strategy, that inspires and engages our prospect and customer base.


With a deep understanding of email marketing, segmentation, personalization, analytics, and marketing technology, you will take the lead in constructing lifecycle programs that drive increased engagement and conversion. You are passionate about delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right time, and will champion this approach across the business.


Compensation circa dependent on experience: $122,700.00 - $184,100.00


What You'll Do:

  • Own the email lifecycle strategy and create the vision for future email programs and product launch strategies for mid-market and enterprise prospects and customers 
  • Understand our prospect and customer funnel, identify gaps and opportunities to increase conversion through automation
  • Develop segmentation strategies and maintain customer database health, integrity, and performance
  • Ability to produce creative strategy across the prospect and customer lifecycle
  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners across Product Marketing, Design, Content, Analytics, and our agency partners
  • Supervise and analyze channel performance, conduct A/B testing
  • Report results based on monthly OKRs and industry benchmarks on a monthly basis


What You’ll Bring 

  • 5+ years of proven experience in demand generation, lifecycle, or email marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools (Marketo preferred)
  • Understanding of the prospect and customer lifecycle, and implementing/iterating on a plan to get results.
  • Have a transformative approach with the ability to bring projects to life
  • Skilled presenter with effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities; data-driven thinking
  • High energy and solution-oriented – always looking to make improvements 
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills, with great attention to detail
