The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing acquisition, commercial and retention campaigns across retail, web and wholesale.


Responsibilities


Campaign Deployment

  • Oversee daily execution of all email campaigns
  • Manage alignment to marketing calendar
  • Ensure that emails are consistent with overall brand and sales objectives
  • Traffic creative assets
  • Manage the campaign set-up and approval process
  • Ensure accurate and on-time campaign delivery


Campaign Strategy & Analysis

  • Analyze and report on all campaign results
  • Ensure KPIs are being met
  • Work with CRM team to segment data for targeted email campaigns
  • Maintain formal process to update and share findings with commercial and marketing team and other stakeholders
  • Serve as lead on key enhancements such as trigger based email programs, win back campaigns, reactivation campaigns, retargeting campaigns, etc.
  • Provide insights on best practices, trends, and program enhancements
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and uncover opportunities


Acquisition

  • Grow opt-in email list
  • Develop new acquisition strategies
  • Monitor and report referral traffic from display, social, SEO, and affiliate partners to analyze conversion effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor churn and attrition rates


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working in the email channel, retail preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of key email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM compliance, deliverablity, testing methodologies, list segmentation, etc.
  • Ability to take the lead in managing cross-functional teams including creative, CRM, eCommerce, merchandising, and external email service provider
  • Ability to traffic and execute multiple projects
  • Experience with web analytics tools
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Bluecore a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
