Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will showcase your agility, versatility, and email marketing expertise to oversee the execution of email marketing strategies and webinar execution for our partners and customers to drive growth for Broadvoice. You will be creating and optimizing email marketing programs to drive partner and customer acquisition and engagement, retention journeys and trigger-based email programs. The work includes managing the email channel, writing, and editing email and landing page content, newsletters, email deployment and then campaign measurement.

We use Constant Contact for B2C, Salesforce Pardot for B2B and HubSpot.


  • Manage email content plan, including campaign-driven and automated journey communications.
  • Integrate brand, content, and product marketing strategy within the email strategy
  • Activate an SMS text program for partner texts
  • Drive email channel performance through effective strategy, content, segmentation, and personalization to achieve business objectives.
  • Own emails end to end to write, program, design and deliver emails from initiation to execution, while working with the appropriate stakeholders in Marketing and Brand.
  • Manage and update the email marketing calendar to ensure that all plans are in conjunction with marketing efforts and deadlines.

  • Manage Broadvoice’s email database: segmentation, standardization, cleansing and maintenance.
  • Create and manage automated processes in marketing automation platform.
  • Coordinate/manage internal business reviews and approval process. Ensure all edits are managed properly.
  • Track, analyze and report results of email campaigns with business stakeholders
  • Optimize email campaigns by working closely with Brand and Marketing
  • Present learning from A/B testing and make recommendations for improvements/next steps
  • Monitor & minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation and compliance
  • Responsible for tracking project workflow and ensuring all project delivery dates are met.



  • Deep understanding of email marketing and webinar best practices, marketing communication channel best practices and changing industry trends for mobile and SMS
  • Knowledge of A/B test strategies and test planning
  • Proficient with marketing automation tools/software applications (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and revenue goals; be able to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Experience in multiple facets of email marketing activities including marketing campaigns, newsletters, webinars and event marketing, etc.
  • Project and program management skills with demonstrated examples of end-to-end ownership and delivery of multi-faceted marketing programs delivered with or through channel partners
  • Hands-on experience with sales and marketing automation systems, particularly Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Constant Contact and GoToWebinar
  • Excellent communications and presentations skills
  • Highly motivated individual with a results-driven orientation, capable of multi-tasking within a dynamic organization
  • Proven track record of working independently and with sales teams and multiple levels of management
