Position Summary: Brady is looking for a creative email marketer who can ideate, plan and execute email communications to complex B2B customer segments. This person will be responsible for growing and elevating our email strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative, think-outside-the box type, with a passion for working across teams to deliver truly meaningful and engaging messages to Brady customers and prospects.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Grow attributable revenue and engagement for our email channel
  • Develop engaging email calendar focused on core customer personas
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments around calendar planning, merchandising, creative elements, and copywriting to create well thought out marketing campaigns that support business objectives
  • Develop experiments and campaigns aimed at improving metrics in specific areas across the customer journey
  • Create and implement email campaigns for lapsed buyers, reactivation, and high-value customers
  • Report out on campaign and experiment results
  • Manage database growth and segmentation

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor degree in communications, marketing/business or related degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing email marketing programs with proven track record of growth
  • Worked in top-tier ESP for at least 2 years
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Implemented successful email personalization

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge in light HTML and CSS
  • Experience working in the B2B industrial goods space with a mixed go-to market approach between ecommerce, sales and distribution
  • Able to effectively communicate complex issues to leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges
  • Proactive, positive, self-starter attitude and ability to work independently with minimal direction/guidance
  • Experience with web analytics tools
