Avid’s global marketing team is looking for an email marketing manager proficient in Marketo and able to drive end-to-end email automation from content editing, audience segmentation to executing campaigns. Must be a team player delivering exceptional customer experience, while offering email marketing best practices.

Responsibilities And Duties

Email Campaign & Deployment

  • Strategize, build, test/QA and launch email marketing campaigns including nurture flows, ad-hoc campaigns, newsletters and operational communications
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to determine goals, KPIs, audience segments, cadence, and creative for each campaign
  • Make recommendations based on business requirements and desired goals with ways to optimize the delivery and cadence of communications
  • Identify opportunities to run A/B testing variations to drive improved results, as well as, sharing these learnings to inform future strategy & direction

Metrics & Reporting

  • Drive effective database segmentation that results in delivering the right message to the right person, at the right time
  • Maintaining and optimizing email subscriptions in compliance with all regulations, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and CCPA
  • Analyze results and data to identify possible areas for improvement
  • Assess use of segmentation, filter and static lists
  • Regular reporting on KPIs and campaign performance back to business and marketing team

Teaming and Workflows

  • Manage creation and development of landing pages and email templates
  • Review email templates usage and layout for driving desired conversion results
  • Create, review and optimize email marketing programs including: lead, scoring, nurture campaigns, lead and data workflows

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing automation platforms – preferably Marketo
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and multi-task across campaigns and complex projects
  • Effective in editing and communications
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to offer best practices of email marketing
