Atom Learning is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join us at an exciting stage in our journey as we surpass 100 people, close a significant investment round and scale both regionally in the UK and internationally in the US.

The email marketing manager will be responsible for all aspects of email marketing and own email marketing acquisition. You will set and achieve ambitious acquisition targets alongside the head of marketing and work closely with the brand and communications teams to ensure all our messaging remains relevant and on brand.


  • 3+ years in content / email marketingExperience working with email marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp
  • Comfortable analysing and interpreting data to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience running AB tests
  • Exceptional written English
  • Comfortable multitasking and collaborating with different teams across the company


  • Setting and achieving ambitious acquisition targets for email marketing
  • Owning email marketing within Atom, managing the frequency and content of emails to our customers, ensuring communications are relevant, timely and on brand
  • Run AB tests, interpret and analyse data to improve marketing efficiency
  • Finesse customer segments alongside acquisition teams to increase the relevance and effectiveness of our communications
