We Are Looking For Someone To

• Strategically plan, implement and manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and segments
• Strategically plan, implement and manage SMS campaigns, automation flows, and segments
• Oversee day to day activities of Digital Marketing Coordinator and ensure assigned responsibilities are completed satisfactorily
• Translate data and research into actionable marketing plans and strategies
• Monitor performance reports while proactively communicating opportunities and challenges with the client and team
• Perform market research, trend and competitive analysis; provide recommendations on email and SMS marketing opportunities
• Collaborate with multiple departments/individuals internally and externally to develop and support effective marketing plans

Requirements

• Email and SMS marketing experience required
• Experience with Klaviyo preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
• Strong working knowledge in web analytics/reporting tools
• Excellent business writing skills and demonstrated success in writing compelling copy
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized; proven experience meeting deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with limited direction; skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
