Job Description


Strategy & planning; Strategize with various stakeholders across TDAM to formulate email journeys in Engagement Studio in Pardot as well strategize A/B testing including but not limited to subject lines, variable tags & dynamic content during email delivery.


Expertise with CASL & Salesforce (Pardot): Drive adoption by providing ongoing training sessions and outline best practices related to subject lines, messaging, segmentation, list management, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam laws.


Act as a Business liaison for Pardot: Act as a business lead for TDAM stakeholders, technology team to enable effective business and workforce planning as well as facilitate latest technology enhancements.


Business Governance & Controls: Provide leadership team with information, reporting and support to ensure operational risks are appropriately managed and adherence to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines is effective


Work with management/control function partners (e.g Risk, compliance, vendor management, Audit) to assess risks, develop and implement proactive strategies, tactics and programs to effectively manage regulatory and governance issues


Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Pardot & Salesforce
  • Pardot certification (email specialist) or Salesforce training is preferred
  • Prior experience working with other email marketing platforms like Marketo, Campaigner or marketing automation platforms like Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder) is strongly preferred.
  • Understand HTML and CSS (for front end look and feel of email templates)
  • Minimum undergraduate degree in marketing, digital technology/communications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing or CRM support
  • Active in the Salesforce Trailblazer community


Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating new pages on the Intranet and manage access requests for the TDAM Intranet as required
  • Build strong relationships with other stakeholders to understand needs, improve user experience and maximize benefit from Salesforce/Pardot platform.
  • Documents processes, A/B tests and measurable impact of our email campaigns; analyses results
  • Assists cross-departmental end-users with email troubleshooting and formatting, using HTML and graphic design to ensure quality content that increases open rates, click-through rates and list growth
  • Design, implement, and monitor for automated campaigns across email channels, and advise partners on how to optimize further.
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics. Prepare weekly reporting to be distributed to the leadership team.
  • Experience with mapping and implementing end-to-end marketing campaign (Automated journeys)
  • Attention to detail and the awareness to test everything that you do thoroughly and accurately.
  • Integration of forms/Pardot/salesforce. Capturing leads in Pardot through form submissions and tracking prospect activity on Salesforce/Pardot
  • Maintain and coordinate custom roles/permissions within Pardot including adding or deleting new & existing users
  • Work closely with content consultants, Sales Enablement partners to understand requirements and recommend best practices for delivery & automation
  • Develop yearly roadmaps for Pardot enhancements, to accommodate the growing needs of TDAM
  • Maintain and update the TDAM intranet regularly and assist in yearly audits
